Staff treated me well with compassion and kindness.

Provide a quiet area/room to feed my baby. Due to the waiting times being so long the baby got cranky and there was nowhere to comfort and feed her.

The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and the Nurse who I saw for my appointment was lovely and spoke me through every part of the procedure.
